Jonathan Walker works as a Commercial Real Estate agent at Maestri-Murrell, Inc, a full service brokerage company located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Jonathan started working for Maestri-Murrell, Inc in 2008, but initially began his career in 2005 at Stirling Properties. Since 2005, Jonathan has leased and sold over $1.0 Billion of Commercial Real Estate, handling everything from land, Class A office, and Retail & Multifamily Investment sales. Jonathan has helped national retailers expand their footprint and has represented tenants such as Marriott, McDonald’s, Panera Bread, Planet Fitness, and Leslie Pools. He has listed and sold some of the largest retail centers and NNN deals in the Southeast in conjunction with EDGE, CBRE, SRS, and Cushman/Wakefield. From East Texas all the way to the panhandle of Florida, Jonathan has helped clients with acquisitions and dispositions throughout the southeastern United States.

Jonathan graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 and obtained a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from LSU in 2005 in the field of Finance. He earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2010, and continues to be one of the area’s top real estate producers. Jonathan is an active member of the Baton Rouge Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division, LACDB, ICSC, and CCIM. He has presented at numerous networking events including the Baton Rouge “Trends” banquet as well as emcee for the Good Growth Awards.
